Be Still, My Soul...

I apologize that this post is not related to the daily reading material….

It’s been a tough week for some members of our congregation. Helen & Kris are in LA dealing with Helen’s father’s illness. Lynn just lost her grandmother, and our old friend Jinyoung is struggling with her father’s illness.

I just wanted to share this hymn with those who are suffering….

Be still, my soul: the Lord is on thy side.
Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain.
