Does God tempt us?
When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. (James 1:13-14)
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. (James 1:2-4)
Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. (James 1:12)
God doesn't tempt us, but he allows us to go through trials and temptations to make us stronger in our faith.

As I shared with you earlier, I'm beginning to realize how weak my faith is. I realized it when I was faced with the trial which I never seen before. If there were no trials of any kind, I will probably become self confident and falsely believe that I'm putting my confidence in Jesus Christ. So I'm thankful for the trials. It's like a father allowing his son to make mistakes so that he will learn from it and mature.
Did ji ask you to post that comment? hahaha
